Biography
Mickaël Tome is a lawyer specialising in data protection and a trusted legal partner at the intersection of law and information technology. With more than 15 years of experience in data law, he advises companies, institutions and organisations on compliance with digital regulation, on their cybersecurity strategy and on artificial intelligence governance, in Luxembourg and across Europe.
His career led him to work with the pharmaceutical industry and with two data protection regulators, in France and in Luxembourg, before joining the legal profession.
