FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The questions our clients in Luxembourg and the Greater Region ask most often.

What is a DPA and when is it mandatory?

A Data Processing Agreement is mandatory whenever a service provider processes personal data on your behalf. It is required by Article 28 GDPR.

Can I use a standard SaaS contract?

Suppliers’ standard contracts are often weighted in their favour. A legal review identifies risky clauses so they can be negotiated.

How do I frame a data transfer outside the EU?

Any transfer outside the European Economic Area requires appropriate safeguards: standard contractual clauses, a transfer impact assessment and any additional measures.

Do you act for both vendors and customers?

Yes. We support both vendors of digital solutions and the client organisations that subscribe to these services.
